Sr Analyst Global Business Intelligence at a glance

As part of the central Business Intelligence & Insights team, within the Central Finance Organization, the Sr. BI Analyst will work on the end-to-end development of high-impact BI projects for the North America Zone. You’ll be part of high-performing agile team working at the intersection of Data, Business, & Design – engaging with many different parts of the business and leveraging a modern tech stack.

What's on the menu?

• Partnering with BI Manager and cross-functional stakeholders on the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support analytical and business needs.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• End-to-end Agile delivery of BI projects scoping, planning, developing, and delivering Power BI and Tableau dashboards, managing enhancement requests.
• Effectively communicating with team members and management (up to Sr. Levels)
• Using analytical rigor to answer ad-hoc business questions and drive business decisions.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and Data Stewards to develop efficient data models and KPIs.
• Managing timelines, competing resources, and prioritization.

• I have proven analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to explain complex data solutions in a simple way
• I am a self-starter with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• I have an excellent eye for detail with well-honed data visualization and graphic-design skills
• I am highly proficient with SQL (Snowflake experience preferred) and BI Software (Power BI preferred)
• I am a motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• I have strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• I am a team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority
