As a CBRE Business Intelligence Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting sophisticated research, data mining, reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics. This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving efficiency and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence. What you'll do Demonstrates an ability to drive business requirement collection. Generate business dashboard / reporting requirement documentation. Generate or can employ Use Case Identification or documentation. Generate process flow diagrams. Generate tool integration data mapping. Generate and review reports using aggregate data from different sources to help build a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation. Review information for accuracy and respond to managements' and vendors' advanced requests. Understand and work with sophisticated scenario planning tools and models. Investigate new trends in general business conditions. Find opportunities for large improvements among the clients and company. Work with personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations and act as a liaison between the business and development teams. Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. Act as domain expert for key systems and processes and day-to-day functions. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to tackle routine problems. Have a broad knowledge of your job subject area and some knowledge of several disciplines in the function. Lead by example and model CBRE's RISE values. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Explain sophisticated information to others in straightforward situations. What you'll need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Deep understanding of Application Integrations. Ability to collect and create technical documentation. Ability to use SQL language including Tables and Views, and language scripting for Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT.) Core desire to collaborate as part of a team to develop and implement innovative solutions on multiple simultaneous projects. Understanding of problem solving procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment. In-depth knowledge of G-Suite products. Examples include Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides Strong organizational and communication skills with an inquisitive mindset. Why CBRE? CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst position is $115,000.00 annually [or $55.28 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst is $135,000.00 annually [or $64.90 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
