What does this job involve?

New Patient Scheduling - Setting up new patients in our EMR and scheduling them appropriately

Interfacing with attorneys offices - Be the point person for attorneys to contact to schedule their clients

Managing schedules - Coordinating the schedules for the physical therapists and physicians at each location.

Other tasks - Answering phone calls and email from attorneys or referral sources. Updating spreadsheets, verifying that patients are treating an appropriate amount.

Required Skills:

-Prior experience as a paralegal is preferred for this position.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience patients and attorneys

- Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve care and keep patients engaged and progressing in their therapy.

-Prior experience with WebPT or Kareo is a plus but is not required

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

- All staff must be age 18 or over to be eligible for employment
