Position Summary

Keystone Management is seeking a Certified HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC components in hangars and terminal buildings. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and codes. The HVAC Technician will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment within Boston Logan International Airport.

• Location : Boston Logan International Airport
• Shift : Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• Salary : $36.00 - $41.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on HVAC systems and refrigeration units.
• Perform minor to complex service work on HVAC systems as needed.
• Interpret blueprints, instructions, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety requirements, carrying a cell phone for site communication.
• Assist outside service personnel, inspectors, and vendors.
• Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification and High School Diploma required.
• 7+ years of experience in HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights and adapt to various environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Working Conditions This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), with additional hours as required by customer needs. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Additional physical requirements include:

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to operate office equipment, computers, and tools.
• Ability to work in varied environments with exposure to mechanical, electrical, and noise hazards.
• Must be able to walk long distances and work in inclement weather.

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of a Keystone Management, FAA background check, and SIDA badge requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to reside within commuting distance of Boston Logan International Airport.
