An innovative advertising agency is looking for a skilled and imaginative Character Animator to join their creative team. The animator will bring brand characters to life, creating engaging animations for various advertising campaigns across digital, broadcast, and social media platforms. This role requires a creative thinker who is technically proficient, highly collaborative, and able to work with creative directors, designers, and producers to deliver impactful animations that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop character animations that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to conceptualize and storyboard ideas, ensuring animations meet creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Execute high-quality animations for multiple formats, including 2D and 3D, with a strong focus on character movement, expression, and personality.
• Work within project timelines, managing multiple assignments and adjusting to feedback in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and clients, providing regular updates on project progress and proactively addressing any potential issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Character Animator in an agency or production environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing character animation work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software
• Strong understanding of character rigging, timing, movement, and facial expressions to bring animated characters to life.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to various styles based on client needs.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback while adhering to project timelines.
