Qualifications:
Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D or Ph.D.)
Current Psychologist License (or license-eligible)
We are excited to invite passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our behavioral medicine center, where we offer both in-person and hybrid telehealth options. Our flexible model allows you to choose the best approach to provide care to your clients.
Location: We are seeking part-time or full-time independent contractors licensed and located in the following states:
California
Colorado
Maryland
New York
Pennsylvania
Massachusetts
Virginia
Washington State
Clinical Focus: Our team works with clients facing a variety of common concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and phase-of-life challenges. If you have a specific interest in Health Psychology or experience with health-related behaviors, such as chronic pain or adjustments to chronic illness, we would love to hear from you!
Caseload:
Minimum of 15 sessions per week (preferably 20-25 or more, if desired)
Employment type: Independent contractor/1099
Graduation from an APA-accredited program is required
What We Provide:
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Tailored specifically for behavioral health practices, featuring a patient portal, clinically validated measures, documentation templates, integrated billing, and more.
Intake Coordinators: Our intake team screens new patients and schedules them based on your clinical specialties.
Marketing Support: We cover all marketing costs, with referrals primarily coming from academic medical centers and hospitals.
Insurance Credentialing: Our team will assist you with insurance credentialing to help you get paneled with providers such as Medicare, Cigna, Aetna, and Tricare.
Weekly Case Consultations: Join our optional weekly virtual meetings for case consultations, or reach out for individual specialty case consultations.
National Didactics: Participate in our free monthly webinar series focused on rehabilitation, health, and medical psychology, featuring expert speakers from prestigious institutions like Johns Hopkins and the University of Rochester.

Compensation:
Starting at $85 per client session, with a bonus structure increasing earnings up to $95 per session:
$107,500/year for a 25-session weekly caseload
$131,250/year for a 30-session weekly caseload
Optional supervision opportunities are available, offering an additional $3,000-5,000 per year (for 2-3 post-doctoral interns).
