What we're looking for:

Proven Experience: 3-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
SaaS Expertise: 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on hospitality or property management solutions.
Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Problem Solver: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Travel Ready: Willingness to travel 10-30% to client locations.
