A leading digital marketing firm, recognized five times as an Inc. 5000 honoree, seeks motivated bilingual professionals for the Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) role! In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for small to medium-sized business clients, helping them maximize results from various online marketing services. You'll work closely with clients and collaborate with an in-house team of designers, developers, SEO and ad specialists, social media staff, and other key stakeholders. This client-centered role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing and customer service, along with the ability to explain different advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact and subject matter expert, managing client relationships and expanding their digital marketing portfolios.
Client Education: Guide clients on service options, identifying opportunities for product upsells and cross-sells.
Strategic Planning: Develop realistic goals to support clients' growth using Local SEO, Paid Social, and SEM strategies.
Campaign Analysis: Measure and report on digital campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
Content Collection: Gather relevant information from clients and relay it to internal teams to create top-quality, original content.
Quality Assurance: Review internal marketing materials to ensure client accounts maintain brand consistency.
Paid Search: Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.
Website Management: Coordinate between clients and the web team to deliver successful website projects.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Hospitality
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Passion for SEO and Digital Marketing
Experience in Project or Account Management
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, Facebook Business Pages, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
Experience with paid search (Google Ads and Facebook Ads) is a plus
Proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar & Drive)
