Doctorate of Clinical Psychology-Outpatient

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ph.D. or Psy.D. to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee and facilitate a wide range of outpatient programming and services, ensuring the highest quality of care for individuals experiencing mental distress or dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counseling Services: Provide individual, family, and group counseling, including employee assistance counseling and school-based programming.
* Program Coordination: Assist in the coordination, planning, implementation, and supervision of outpatient programs.
* Crisis Management: Conduct critical incident stress management and provide assessment and crisis intervention to acute, chronic, or moderately disturbed individuals.
* Psychometric Evaluation: Administer and interpret standardized psychometric measures and conduct court-ordered evaluations.
* Community Engagement: Deliver community education services to promote mental health awareness and support.

Qualifications:

* Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
* Licensed or license-eligible in MN.
* Experience in outpatient program management, counseling, and crisis intervention.
