Job Title: Summer Intern, Finance Department
Location: Fully on-site in Glen Allen, VA 23060 (no remote option)
Duration: 10-week paid summer internship (June-August)
As a Finance Intern at Richmond National, you'll gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting operations at a growing specialty insurance company. The Finance Intern will gain insight into the unique financial processes and regulatory requirements of the insurance industry and contribute to real projects that drive our business forward.
Overview: • Develop analytical skills by working with financial data to identify trends and support business strategy.
• Help prepare and review financial documents and reports.
• Contribute to projects that improve financial processes and efficiency.
Qualifications: • Current student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
