Howard Building Maintenance is hiring for our Evening Office Cleaner position, offering both full-time and part-time shifts with flexible start times to accommodate your scheduling needs. Perfect for parents, or people looking for a second job. You can choose to work as few or as many hours as you'd like! Most positions are Monday through Friday, though some opportunities may include weekend shifts. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

Some cleaning duties include, but are not limited to: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and other janitorial duties. Many times shifts are a mix of cleaning, supply management, deliveries, and facility inspections. This position is great for an individual who likes variety in their day-to-day work.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time available

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: Variable, you can choose to work as few or as many hours as you'd like!

Schedule: Most positions are Monday through Friday, but there are a few positions with the option to work weekends

Requirements:

An ideal candidate would meet these requirements:

• Hard-working team players with a can do attitude!
• A valid driver's license
• Smartphone (required)
• Reliable transportation to get to our shop or your assigned work location
• Willing and able to undergo and pass a background/drug check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Professional cleaning experience is always a bonus but not required

Compensation details: 15-17 Hourly Wage
