Currently, we are seeking a Live Chat Agent who will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to superior customer service and strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Manage live chat interactions with customers to provide prompt and accurate information regarding aircraft parts and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, including pricing, availability, order status, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to provide informed responses to client questions.
  • Document customer interactions and gather feedback to improve services and support processes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services during customer interactions while maintaining a focus on solutions.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in live chat or online support environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry and aircraft parts is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using live chat software and other customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and respond to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer concerns.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
