Position Overview
The Pipeline Facilities Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for pipeline and facilities projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that all estimates align with project scopes and budgets, ultimately contributing to the profitability and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for pipeline and facility construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to define project scopes and requirements
• Generate proposals and bid documents for potential projects
• Conduct market research to determine pricing benchmarks and trends
• Monitor and adjust estimates based on project changes and developments
• Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness and compliance
• Contribute to project profitability assessments and financial planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for oil and gas pipeline and facilities projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
• Proficient in estimation software and tools
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets
