Printing Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of printing machinery, make necessary adjustments, install parts and supplies, test materials, and maintain high production quality. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and experience with printing equipment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Review Job Orders: Adjust machines according to job specifications.
• Install Parts and Supplies: Set up ink rollers, screens, printing plates, and stencils as required.
• Test Inks and Paints: Assess and adjust inks and paints for quality and suitability.
• Manage Production: Supervise the printing process to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Perform Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve equipment problems to minimize downtime.
• Clean Equipment: Keep the printing press and related equipment clean and in good condition.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of printing processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and blueprints.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining quality.
• Capability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy components.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
