### Job Summary:
Fresh Class Builders, LLC is seeking a professional, organized, and courteous Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company and will handle the flow of people through the business, ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
### Key Responsibilities:
Call/email previous customers and update them on promotions
- **Answering Calls:** Manage all incoming calls, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate departments.
- **Call Transfer:** Efficiently transfer calls to the necessary departments and personnel.
- **Scheduling and Coordinating Deliveries:** Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient handling. Answer phone calls related to deliveries and work closely with drivers to manage delivery schedules and ensure successful deliveries.
- **Receiving Deliveries:** Take and sign for deliveries, and coordinate with drivers for distribution.
- **Customer Service:** Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable, providing a positive first impression of the company.
- **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
### Requirements:
- **Professional Appearance:** Must adhere to a business professional dress code at all times.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organization:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- **Customer Service:** Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (phone, copier, fax).
### Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
