Position Overview
The Sales/Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the label and packaging industry. This role involves developing strategies to acquire new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the labeling and packaging sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align on product offerings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the label or packaging industry.

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
