Job Description We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute our client’s social media strategy, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing social media strategies that align with our client’s business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and effective online presence. You will create, curate, and manage content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your ability to monitor and analyze social media performance metrics will be crucial in optimizing strategies and improving engagement rates. Engaging with the online community and responding to customer inquiries will be a key part of your role, fostering positive relationships with followers. You will collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content that aligns with our client’s brand voice and objectives. Responsibilities and Duties Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Craft and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and industry trends. Content Creation and Management: Generate, curate, and schedule high-quality content for various social media platforms. Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for each platform and audience. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies and campaigns. Community Engagement: Engage with the online community by responding to comments and inquiries promptly. Build positive relationships with followers and brand advocates. Collaboration with Marketing and Design Teams: Work with marketing and design teams to create compelling content. Ensure alignment on messaging, promotional activities, and content calendar. Trend Identification and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. Experiment with new content formats and platform features to keep the social media presence dynamic. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content Education / Professional Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in social media marketing Additional Information Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
