Staff Accountant Position Overview:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A solid work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of reliability

Responsibilities:

- Perform bank reconciliations and manage journal entries
- Handle invoicing and oversee accounts receivable and payable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare detailed financial reports to support decision-making
