As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Working with HOT LEADS - NO COLD CALLING.
• Qualifying outbound and inbound leads to assist in resolving tax debt.
• Diligently following up with clients via outbound calls and communication through our CRM system.
• Demonstrating effective closing skills and employing a consultative sales approach.
• Onboarding new clients and guiding them through our contract.
• Managing the CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met.

Requirements for this role:

• Highly motivated, self-starting individuals with a mindset geared toward success.
• Articulate, conscious, and communicative.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with customized CRM systems is advantageous.
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday (In-office position).
