  5. Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and financial transactions. Ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized for easy access.

  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of travel arrangements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

  7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client requests and concerns. Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the overall travel experience.

  8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate travel logistics and ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
