Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales position is responsible for following-up with leads and creating leads to schedule sales consultations and onsite meetings with potential customers who have expressed an interest in our solar product. The primary role consists of, but is not limited to, hitting the streets, calling on leads, driving to appointments for meetings with partners and clients, consulting with clients to design and quote, closing the sale, and processing project documents and payment.
This position requires minimal cold-calling but maximum closing skills.
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must possess a strong work ethic, be highly organized, self-motivated, sales-oriented, and willing to drive locally daily/weekly.
We are looking for entry level sales reps. We have found that Servers, Bartenders, Retail Personnel, Personal Trainers and similar roles thrive here. Must have entrepreneur mind set.
New employees typically earn between $100,000 and $150,000 in their first year. Senior Energy Consultants can expect to earn $200,000 +
Must be able to:
Help people save money by owning their power, instead of renting it from utility.
Generate and set appointments from referrals, canvassing, trade shows, and events.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices.
Become an expert who understands how the utility rate plans work and how to best save families money with clean energy
Adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our community and each other.
Outgoing personality, able to relate to anyone.
